Terms and Conditions

Here are the terms to follow in order to rent a vehicle with Rent For You:

1. Driver :

• The minimum age required to rent a vehicle is 21 years.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary to use our rental service.
• The driver must be the only person authorized to drive the vehicle during the rental period.

2. Payment :

• The payment for the rental must be made at the time of vehicle pick-up, either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash.
• A credit card imprint will be required for the security deposit, which will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle.
• Free vehicle delivery is offered for residents or visitors in Marrakech (Airport, Riads, Hotels). Additional charges apply for deliveries to other cities in Morocco.

3. Rental duration and other conditions :

• It is important to respect the vehicle return time. Additional charges will apply for any extra hours.
• If you wish to extend your rental, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
• In case of early vehicle return, no refund will be given for the unused period.
• Cancellation is free if made within one week of the booking.
• Driving off marked roads with rented vehicles is prohibited, except for 4x4 vehicles.
• In case of an accident, it is mandatory to inform us as soon as possible.
• In the event of a breakdown, a breakdown service is available to you.

4. Insurance :

• Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, in case of damage (excluding theft, fire, glass breakage, third-party liability, or passenger insurance), a non-refundable deductible will be the responsibility of the driver if they are partially or fully at fault.
• Any damage to the vehicle must be reported within 24 hours, and an accident report must be provided.
• If the accident is not your fault, no charges will be made. However, if you are at fault, you will be responsible for the costs related to the damages caused to the rental vehicle.
